Installation 

We take great pride in our work, from initial consulation, to installation and ongoing support. Our small team of smart home specialists are all approved under  the NICEIC  domestic installer scheme, ensuring our work is compliant with Part P of building regulations, giving you the peace of mind that you are in very safe hands. In addition, public liability insurance is in place for your added protection.

On the day of installation, your installer will also provide initial user advice to help famliarise you with the product so you can get the most out of your technology from day one. 

Consultancy

Our consultancy service is available to help you design a solution that meets all your requirements. We will guide you through the many products currently on the market and ensure they fit with your needs and budget.

Upgrades

If you wish to add new features, upgrade your system to include other devices or take advantage of new technology, simply contact us.

Support

On the day of installation, we will take time to walk you through how to best use your new technology. Of course, there are occasionally either user or product problems and as part of our customer commitment we will trouble shoot these free of charge for a 10 day period following installation. After this, our standard call-out charge will apply. At the point of installation, we can also discuss a usage and maintenance review programme to help support your ongoing use of your technology.
